My read this morning,
The ego seeks to use a relationship to fill our needs as we define them; the Holy Spirit asks that the relationship be used by God to serve His purposes. And His purpose is always that we might learn how to love others more purely. We love purely when we release other people to be who they are. The ego seeks intimacy through control and guilt. The Holy Spirit seeks intimacy through acceptance and release. ~ Return to Love pg. 120
Today, I release you.
I release you with love and gratitude.
Thank you for the chance. Thank you for the beauty. Thank you for the opportunity.
If you wish to stay, stay because you want something more than what you have now.
Stay because you are want to discover this path. Stay because of the adventure we are going to have together. Stay because you want to be with me.
Leave if this is not the the path you want.
My thoughts after reading the last page of “Enchanted Love” is a soft ah-yes… another book and guidance found to the mystery and the journey of life. I found that this book is such a clear message, cover-to-cover of the divine power of “Love”.
~All you need is love~ says some song. I think it is.
Yes, we cannot put food on table with just love. We are so easily lost in this physical and material world that it irks and unnatural to allow ourselves to be lost in the other side of the world.
Although this book is a borrowed from the library, this book will be a yearly read and be a resident in my bookshelf.
